COVID-19 Protocols

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the threat for the general U.S. population remains low. We also know there are those with underlying health issues or in certain age ranges that are at higher risk. The safety and health of our clients, staff, and communities remain our top priorities. Please check back regularly for updates.

  • Once you arrive at our center for your appointment, you will find our front door locked. A sign will inform you to call the Choices phone number to check in over the phone. You can do this from your car and it should only take a few minutes. Once you check-in and your appointment is ready, we will text you to come back to the front door and an associate will greet and lead you to your appointment.
  • Due to the risk of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), please DO NOT enter our clinics if you have had a fever within the last 48 hours or a recent onset of cough or body aches. or you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19. A person must be fever free without the use of fever-reducing medication.
  • Before coming into our center, our staff will request permission to take your temperature, and anyone who will enter the center with you, using a laser thermometer. If your temperature, our your guest’s temperature is 100 degrees or higher, both of you will not be allowed to enter the center.
  • If you have recently traveled outside the U.S. or New York, New Jersey or Connecticut within the last 14 days, please call our center prior to arriving.
  • Every client (and guest if applicable) are required to wear a mask inside our center. If you do not have one, a mask will be provided (if we have them available).
  • At this time, if at all possible, we are asking individuals to leave their children at home. If it is absolutely necessary for them to accompany you then we will ask the same health and travel questions in regard to them.
  • No additional guests may accompany you at a pregnancy test appointment.
  • Only one guest will be allowed at an ultrasound appointment.
  • You can call our center or go online to reschedule your appointment. These steps are being taken for the safety and well being of our center staff and other clients.
